In Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, L&T has been awarded two major projects by the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority:
- Construction of Towers 3 & 4 of the Integrated State Secretariat & HoD Offices with basement + ground + 39 floors, including an amenities building.
- Development of 21 residential towers, covering complete civil works like RCC shell and core, internal finishes, electricals, plumbing, fire safety systems, lifts, HVAC, DG sets, security systems, roads, and landscaping.
In Mumbai, Maharashtra, the company has won a contract from a reputed private developer to build two luxury residential towers with a configuration of 1B+1G+5P+59 floors, rising up to 200 metres in height.
Meanwhile, in Muscat, Oman, the B&F division has secured a repeat order for a premium office complex. The project includes the construction of three identical towers (G+8) above a shared two-level basement, along with a central landscaped plaza. The scope covers civil, architectural, MEP works, common area finishes, and external development.
These wins further strengthen L&T’s presence in the high-rise and premium infrastructure segment across domestic and international markets.
