    • Hi Elvis I would like to know about your whereabouts cos I’m currently in South Africa, Gauteng province and have started with plumbing course 2days ago. It’s a free course where I am doing it until you write a trade as a qualied plumber. Free accomodation and meal but as for me, I’m not staying there cos they also offered free transportation from their students different locations to the workshops. They also offer other courses free of charge. It’s a good place to be cos even their meal both breakfast and lunch is perfect

    • It’s a full time course 5days a week Monday to Friday. They need committed people into this cos lot of work to do and long duration before qualifying as a plumber. Hard working and perseverance skills are the must. Good luck Elvis

  1. Hi thank you for everything explained here cos I’m new in plumbing trade that I’m currently started to learn about it. But after reading the tools list and their functions, I really now have full understanding and clear to what should I expect from this course. I am an electrician so I know nothing about plumbing as I’m just 2 days started with it. I’m from Tsakane, Gauteng province of South Africa. Thanks again. Regards Nomsa Khalishwayo Makhubu

  2. It sure was helpful when you said that to loosen or tighten the connections of pipes, joints, nuts, and others, a pipe wrench is used. This is something that I will share with my father because he is planning to visit a hardware store next Friday to shop for plumbing supplies. He mentioned that he wants to replace defective faucets and water lines, so your tips are helpful.

  3. The list is very good, and I would probably add the so-called digital tools to it. Because in 2023, no plumber will be able to effectively report on the work done without digital solutions.
