Qassim Cement Company has signed a USD 298 million EPC contract with Sinoma International Engineering Company to build a fourth production line at its existing cement plant in Buraydah City, Saudi Arabia.
The new facility will have a production capacity of 10,000 tons per day (TPD) and will be developed using the latest technologies in the cement industry.

According to Eng. Omar Al-Omar, CEO of Qassim Cement, the new line will replace outdated, low-efficiency production units with a modern, advanced system. The project is aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, focusing on:

- Optimizing utilization of existing plant infrastructure
- Meeting domestic demand while diversifying product offerings
- Supporting long-term growth and maximizing shareholder value
