Mellitah Oil & Gas has appointed Hill International, Inc. as project management consultant for the $8 billion Structures A & E gas development, a strategic offshore project aimed at strengthening Libya’s energy output and export capacity.

With an anticipated output of 750 million cubic feet per day, Structures A & E is expected to help meet domestic energy demand and significantly increase gas exports to Europe. Production is slated to commence in 2026.

Hill International’s scope will encompass project planning, design reviews, procurement support, cost and schedule management, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and claims prevention, ensuring the megaproject is delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
