Rays Power Infra, one of India’s leading solar EPC and IPP companies, has secured 1,440 MW of Letters of Award (LOAs) across various tariff-based competitive bidding programs in the past year.
The awarded projects include cutting-edge Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) solutions and Solar + Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) hybrids aimed at delivering round-the-clock clean power.

These LOAs mark a major milestone in the company’s expansion strategy, reinforcing its capability to execute large-scale, complex renewable energy projects that align with India’s shifting energy dynamics. The projects have been awarded by a mix of public sector utilities and private sector clients, and span multiple Indian states.

A significant part of these awards includes 830 MWh of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) capacity, supporting the grid with peak load management and improved energy reliability.
Each project is expected to deploy the latest generation solar modules with TOPCon+ technology, along with advanced tracker systems and fully robotic cleaning solutions, ensuring high performance and long-term yield optimization.
