Bhadla Solar Park, Rajasthan

This park is in Jodhpur district and is the biggest solar park in India. It has a capacity of 2,245 MW and spreads across 14,000 acres. It was built in four phases and uses advanced technology like robotic cleaning of solar panels.

Pavagada Solar Park, Karnataka

Also called Shakti Sthala, this solar park is in Tumkur district. It has a capacity of 2,050 MW and covers 13,000 acres. It was fully ready in 2019. The park follows a land-leasing model, which helps local farmers earn money by renting their land.
Kurnool Ultra Mega Solar Park, Andhra Pradesh

This park is in Kurnool district. It has a capacity of 1,000 MW and spreads over 5,932 acres. It started working on March 29, 2017 and is a key project for the state.
Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Park, Madhya Pradesh

Located in Rewa district, this park has a capacity of 750 MW. It is the first project in India that sells power at the same rate as coal-based power. It also supplies electricity to Delhi Metro through inter-state power transfer.

NP Kunta Ultra Mega Solar Park, Andhra Pradesh

This park is in Ananthapuramu district and has a capacity of 978 MW. It spreads across 7,925 acres and started in May 2016. It supports India’s plan to use more renewable energy.
