Wood JV Wins 5-Year EPC Contract with Brunei Shell Petroleum

John Wood Group PLC (Wood), in partnership with Tendrill International Sdn. Bhd., has secured a five-year EPC contract from Brunei Shell Petroleum (BSP). The joint venture, TendrillWood, will deliver comprehensive brownfield engineering, procurement, and construction services across BSP’s onshore and offshore assets.

This integrated contract covers all stages—from conceptual design to commissioning and start-up—and aims to enhance BSP’s asset performance while strengthening Brunei’s local engineering ecosystem.

TendrillWood employs nearly 1,000 professionals, with 70% being Bruneian nationals, and will continue to invest in local talent and supply chain development under this project.
